Extrusion
In our brand new kitchen we can make a wide range of different premixes is several colors with a lot of different flavor options. These premixes are cooked before we extrude it. The shape and diameter of the product depends on the type of extrusion head we use. This extruder can also make filled products. The filling is made in a mixer and can be extruded in the centre of the product. We cool the product in a long cooling tunnel. At the end of the line the strings are cut into the length we want by a cutter. To avoid sticking and to give the product a good appearance we oil the products.
Tablet compressing
We make our own granulates and that gives us the possibility to make almost every mixture you need. Read more...
