Extrusion

In our brand new kitchen we can make a wide range of different premixes is several colors with a lot of different flavor options. These premixes are cooked before we extrude it.

At Bicoro Candy Factory we make our own granulates and that gives us the possibility to make almost every candy mixture you need.

Soft and hard coating are made on the traditional way. Our main product is coated liquorice candy.

We make our own granulates and that gives us the possibility to make almost every mixture you need. We make a lot of compressed mints with natural peppermint oil, but if you want for example a tablet with blueberry flavour in combination with a special additive like green tea or extract we can make it.

Beside standard (sugar) mints with natural peppermint oil and sugar free mints, made of sorbitol, xyliltol or lactytol. We also produce  tablets with liquorice powder and/or menthol and/ guarana or amoniumchloride (salmiak).

We have several compressing machines, each with its own possibilities. Each machine has its own tooling. When you want a special shaped mint we have the tooling or it will be made especially and exclusive for you. For example a rectangle tablet mint with your own logo is no problem for us.
